Compatriots, today let's have a summary review of how we can be better leaders both for our families, friends and communities we stand for.

First, let's try to understand that politics as well as governance is not rocket science. However, it requires tenacity as well as a pragmatic bulldog approach to ensure we become #positively and #purposefully involved.
Amidst the daily political push and pull on our political stage, we must grow above selfish and personal sentiments where we put the "I" first instead of the "WE"
We must eschew the quid quo pro mentality and attitude where we only care for our immediate benefits.
We must be a generation who should proud herself as a people of their "positive & purpose filled" words.
We must refrain and grow above eyeservice which has relegated our usefulness to its all time low amidst poor or no better healthcare, education, arts, infrastructure & security etc.
Time to rise up against all possible odds like the sentiments of religion, political affiliation, ethnicity and moneybag politics.
Today we have the stage ready for the youths, but one question is; are the youths really ready with the betrayals, in-fighting etc amongst us?
Our fathers (Older people) will take the advantage of our naivety to run (Struggle) for public office against a youth whom they are old enough to father with their never say never mentality. Not ready give us (Youths) a chance.
Remember the words of Subhas Chandra Bose, “Freedom is not given – it is taken".
We must learn to understand that the negative impact will trickle down to our children where we will find ourselves struggling with our own children running for a said public who are fast growing. This will happen at at time when we should be leaving the stage for them.
We must not miss this gold stage to showcase our readiness, seriousness and talents to bring about the right development for our people and nation
We must change the narrative and blackmail against the youths.They blackmail us that we are only good for violence and crime.👎 This is 100% wrong of their perceptions.
We are indeed the leaders of tomorrow and that tomorrow is Now
