For those that tested positive, I will advise that they do not hide it, they should talk to someone about it, visit the nearest HIV/AIDS centre for treatment, adhered to medication, maintain good diet, engage in personal hygiene, get enough rest and use condom to prevent spread. While for those who are negative, my advise for them is to always comply with all precautionary measures, undergo HIV/AIDS test for at least every three months, get P.P.M (personal protective materials), abstain from sexual activities before marriage, stay faithful, use condom and use medical facilities with standard equipment and procedures. Thanks.
