Student Kills Keke Napep Driver
Police detectives at Umuahia central Police station has apprehend a 200L students of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, MOUAU identified as Chinonso Ibekwe for allegedly strangling a 65years old tricycle operator (Keke Napep Driver) who was identified as late Peter Eseonu, to death in Umuahia the Abia State Capital.
Infoschoolguru reporters gathered that Ibekwe had boarded the deceased tricycle on charter claiming with intention of going to pick some harvested farm products from his mother’s farm at Amuzukwu,a suburb near the Abia capital city.

The Commissioner of Police Abia State, Mr. Adeleye Oyebade has confirmed the incident to News men.
Speaking, Oyebade said the suspect was arrested after receiving an information on missing case of the 67 year old Eseonu who hails from Ekenaobizi Umuopara, Umuahia.Adding, He said Police operatives had swung and appended the suspect. According to him, the 25 year old suspect, Mr, Chinonso David Ibekwe from Ndiotu Ntalakwu in Bende council area, led the police team and detectives attached to the central police station Umuahia(CPS) to the recovery of the decomposed body of victim.

According to news Report, the suspects was said to have attacked his victim on getting the farm, strangled him with a rope and dumped his body in a dip ditch in the area and made away with his tricycle.
It was male witness who was excreting in the bush who raised witnessed raised the alarm in the community.

In conclusion, the CP added that the body of the deceased has been deposited in an undisclosed morgue for preservation and autopsy, while the 25 year old Ibekwe has been charged to Court and remanded in Prison Custody.
